Hyundai ix20 will carry a starting price of £ 11,595 when it goes on sale in Britain on November 18. Hyundai has had a busy time this year unveiling its new ix20 MPV, the refreshed i10 and new developments for its Blue Drive eco-focused programme.The ix20 is aimed at the likes of the Kia Venga, Citroen C3 Picasso and Vauxhall Meriva and is available with a choice of two petrol and two diesel engines in November for around £11,500.
The diesels, both 1.4 litres, come in 77bhp or 90bhp versions with the 77bhp variant emitting 119g/km of CO2 and averaging 63mpg. The more powerful 90bhp version returns 46mpg and emits 140g/km of CO2. The Blue Drive economy versions of the diesels emit 114g/km and 139g/km of CO2, while returning 66mpg and 47mpg respectively.
